Introduction

Rapid advances in ICT (i.e. information and communication technology) have continued to drive economic changes, restructure businesses, affect skill and employment models, and contribute significantly to growth and wealth creation. However, these developments are largely uneven as many people in the world have been deprived of access to and use of information. With a shared vision of overcoming the digital divide, Firstlincoln Technologies presents a three days seminar where relevant issues regarding ICT in Nigeria will be addressed.
